After the "outstanding success" in bringing Uncle Ho in Dai Nam Pagoda in Binh Duong, the Poliburo immediately implemented the next step. By verbal order, through the Religion Committee of the Fatherland Front, ordered all religious establishments, whether Buddhism, Christianity,... must "study" the Dai Nam Temple case and spread the practice all over the country

After awhile, the Poliburo receiving the report of the State Committee for Religions as follows:
- The Buddhist temples of GHPGVN (Hoe affair) has replicated Binh Duong temple, Ho also sits as Buddha in temple
- At the church of the Patriotic Catholic, Ho has also been "crucified" on the Cross and suspended on the roof church.
- In a remote area in Cao Bac Lang highland, Uncle Ho was worshipped along with the local traditional gods which are Yoni and Linga

After receiving the report, the Poliburo hold a "closed" conference and gave instructions in writing as follows:
Considering that
- Uncle sitting the Buddhist temple is very good,
- Uncle Ho crucified on the cross is also quite ... good;
- But Uncle Ho sitting next to Yoni and Linga is ... not good, Comrades-in-duty is to remove Uncle out of the temple immediately!

Three days later, the Poliburo received a report as follows:
- Has mobilized the whole village to remove Uncle Ho out of the temple; but human muscles not strong enough
