US battles for credibility on climate change, Senate action key...

Full story: 5NEWSonline.com

With Congress moving slowly on a measure to curb industrial greenhouse gas emissions, the United States may find itself with little sway at the coming international conference to construct a new pact aimed at easing global warming.

USA will stall, whine, point finger, wait, debate until way past the tipping point of no return... we may have already. Once too much CO2 is in the air and the temps start to rise, a positive feedback loop will begin. Permafrost will melt releasing more CO2 ... frozen methane under the sea will sublime and add to the problem. As snow melts at the poles, the Earth's albedo will decrease, further adding to Earth's temperature.

We're screwed.

It is too late Coolmind you are hoplessly doomed you are sunk you will never again be happy.

You can not walk outside anymore and feel comfortable. Those pleasant autumn days that are a perfect blend of cool yet warm, sunny yet cloudy, the days of great enyable contrast are simply a figment of your misery induced stupefied imagination. Really you are suffering from great cataclysmic events and not enjoying the autumn weather at all.

Your are suffering greatly from those right wing denier bastards, do not be deceived the enjoyable weather is just an Exxon Mobile propaganda campaign.

We feel your pain.

Yes, yes I am aware of my surroundings. The earth is melting as it is only MINUS 64 F instead of MINUS 65 F in the Arctic. The heat stroke that the polar bears must be experiencing.

We are all perishing from the catastrophic dire consequences of "climate change". Now the world only has 6.785 billion people instead of 60 gazillion. Oh the suffering they are under from this loss of companionship.
Of course abortion has nothing to do with this loss of life. It is entirely due to the right wing bastards that resist giving power and money to the political left so they can "combat" the weather. If it were not for the weather we would have less deaths.

Just a couple of examples of how I am "even vaguely aware of your surroundings"

Oh ps. If it were not for the dire consequences of "climate change" Brett Favre might be able to decide if he wants to retire or not. Dire - dire consequences - dire consequence cause all these things ya know.

If you say so, yet your post is full of stupidity so I beg to differ. As far as I can tell, you haven't a clue and can't seem to find one.

Probably the same, "we" that you're always rambling on about.

"Who'se" or who's?

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Capricorn

You're dashing around in several directions at once today because you're gripped by the burning desire to get things done. You're in a tearing hurry, and the problem is that this could make you rather irritable if things don't go the way you want or people don't jump to it. You might also be feeling angry with a friend, even if you can't put your finger on what's wrong.
