I don't blame you for your apathy. After all, the WNBA's Lynx are part of a niche sport, much like the Swarm, Thunder, Vixen, etc. That said, they are trying to make their team viable within their sport with the addition of local favorite Whalen and the signing of Augustus. I'm not going to disparage fans of those leagues just because I don't follow them to any great degree myself. I will, however, give the Lynx credit for trying to make their product more competitive as a result of these moves.
