Miller is pretty gross. Even if they gave that crap away, you wouldn't see me in that line.

Michelob Light. Kinda fruity tasting, refreshing as clean air, light on your waist but not too bad on your wallet.

BTW, the last time I hit a golf ball was with a baseball bat and those things fly if you connect.

<quoted text> Finally someone agrees with me that NAFTA was a republican idea! Truth be known the idea goes back to Ronnie Reagan, his administration was the first, and as they say the rest is history with a very bleak future. Have your passports ready! Soon we will all have go to Mexico or China to get a job which won't even pay enough to buy even the crappiest beer.
NAFTA is not bad. I have a great career working for a Canadian outfit. I would have never gotten this type of job with pay if it were not for it.

Sounds like an anti-consumerism, anti-corporate tone there Batch.
You care to join me and my elitist, liberal friends next time we throw bricks through Starbucks' windows?
Serioulsly though I think you are on to something, the days of $7 lattes and $40 tee-shirts are coming to an end. If not to an end at least a smaller share of the market. It wont be a hard adjustment for me as I never got caught up in any 'dress code' or ever felt the need to carry a beverage whereever I go.
As a rabid Conservative, I think the difference between you and me is very small on a bunch of levels. I never had a need to be a slave to fashion.

My dear goodness how can you call some one a liberal for pointing out Bush's failure to America?

If a democrat were in the presidency, what would you say if he or she ran the natuional debt up higher than Germany, Japan and China combined in 6 years, if the National Manufacturing economy dropped from 4.9% to .6%, what would you say if someone asked you for 45 billion dollars for a war going into it's 6th year but also told you, you had beeter not add one dime for state pet projects, to include Louisana and Missouri who are still hurting from the last floods...Open your eyes and drop the partisianship...Bush is an azz clown who needs to be put up on criminal charges for destroying our country...

I saw this same thing when I was working in Poland in the mid 90s. High prices on the things you would like, (gas, tv's, blue jeans, better food ect) Cheap Beer and Vodka helped the drunks see a better day coming. The next day it was ok maybe tomarrow. I did love thier cheap food, it was better than our U.S. chain restaurant garbage.

We are having a tough enough time living from paycheck to paycheck. Who can afford to buy beer and cigarettes? A carton of cigarettes and a 6 pack of beer a week would be about $50. I would rather put that $50 into food for the family table. Who cares about buying cheap beer because of gas prices. Gas prices have increased the cost of everything! Groceries have gone up because it cost more to truck the food into the stores. Maybe we will get another President in the White House who could care less about the working man. Move more of our jobs out of America and see who has a home left to foreclose on or a car to put that $8 a gallon gas in in 8 years! Politicians only care about themselves. Let us vote on how much they make an hour! Why are they allowed to give themselves pay raises? I don't see any of them having trouble driving to and from their 6 and 7 figure jobs.
COMPLETELY AGREE!!!!!!!!!YOU HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD, WE ALL NEED TO COME TOGETHER AND SAY ENOUGH IS ENOUGH - I'VE BEEN SENDING LETTERS TO OUR LAW MAKERS CONSTANTLY, IF WE ALL START DOING THAT MAYBE SOMETHING WILL GET DONE ALREADY, PROTESTING, SOMETHING. I have been thinking about it but I am not sure I want to sit in Granholms seat. She has to have bugs and crabs that she caught from her affair with Kilpatrick.

They make sprays and ointments for that, i'd be concerned with the corruption in Michigan she caused.

oh wahh.. I'm only pay $14 more a tank than this time last year. Gas was 4.05 this morning. I was whining about prices until I did the math. Things aren't THAT bad. Surely not bad enough to drink swill beer like Bud, Miller, or Coors

Agreed, the only mass market US beer that should be legal is Samuel Adams. I would ride a uni-cycle to work and sell my car before I would buy rank beer.
