A Mandarin a Day to Keep Sniffles Away?

I just Googled synephrine (correct spelling), and most of the pages I found referred to it as the next ephedrine.

Mandarins are delicious! My daughter eats them by the box, as do I.

placed in your blender with 1 cup plain
yogurt and 1/3 cup orange juice will make
the healthiest smoothie on earth. Saying
away from sugary products is the way togo.
