Chick-Fil-A purchases Bluffs land

Real estate transfers confirm Atlanta-based Chif-Fil-A Inc. has purchased land at the Marketplace in Council Bluffs for $885,000. The center, at the southeast corner of where I-80 and I-29 cross 24th Street includes a Texas Road House, Culvers and several stores including J.C. Penney and Shopko.
