Does the article compare how Bob allowed his "music" to sell Victorias Secret bras and panties to Wilcos unrelenting, immediate selling of several Sky Blue Sky songs for at least 4 TV commercials? Or does it compare both "artists" as having sold out, Wilco especially?

You would be doing the same thing if presented that opportunity. Besides, somebody has to buy that depressing music and it's not going to be me. So good for them!
