For your information it is illegal to shut gazz or power off to people homes during the winter months. Last winter a gazz company shut gazz to one apartment complex because the owner was behind in payments and the gazz company was warned not to do it again in the winter time. They have to sit down and work some kind of a deal or give people a chance to find a new place.
