There are very few things in life that could be less important than seeing Tom's movie. It is not worth spending time on such topic - Tom.

People, its not about Tom and his antics. Tom's movies are big budgets with low returns. Its about the money in Hollywood. Hollywood couldn't care less about Tom jumbing on Oprah's sofa. If Tom last two movie would have turn a respectful profit Hollywood would be kissing Tom's ass and jumping on Oprah's sofa with him. Please don't believe for a second that Hollywood has a conscience. Not for a minute. It's about the money. Tom will not be in the soup line to soon.

Tom Cruise is on his way off the A-list of actors. He has had such weird behavior and his religion are making him unpopular.

hopefully tom cruise will disappear.after his comment about anti-depressive meds , which he knows nothing about.i didn't know that tom could cure illness like cancer,m.s, etc. life treating!!! that is what he is claiming by saying he can cure the mental state of ones mind. i am sure tom cruise has offended many by making this statement. since alot of mental illness is kept quiet within families. maybe now he knows the impact he has made on millions. probably not his head is too swollen !!! glad to see people finally speaking out.

It's about time Cruise got taken down a notch and woke up to reality. As pathetic as he is, he's still a role model to others (God knows who) and what he says publicly affects them. His unwillingness to live and let live is apparent by him not being able to keep his ugly mouth shut. I think he needs some serious psychiatric drugs as it's quite obvious he's lost his mind. Critizing an actress who's been in the game longer than he has, dumping the most beautiful woman (Nikole Kidman) who is an extremely talented actress only demonstrates that he's on a path to self-destruction. I wish I could just help him along a bit. Shacking up with brainless Katie Holmes who doesn't even have a grown-up name and can't act her way out of a paper bag, refusing to marry her after making such a big deal of proposing to her at the top of the Eiffel tower in Paris...what the heck was Tom thinking? Oh, I forgot, he's been brainwashed by the Christian Scientists. I'm sure a microscope up his butt would reveal that his head is stuck up there. Redstone says he's committed creative suicide? I only wish it had been personal suicide so I didn't have to look at his arrogant face again. Hey Tom, can I offer you some hemlock?

Tom Cruise is a freak and a egotistical jerk. He is so completely delusional. He runs around spouting off his personal (and crazy) beliefs and then insults anyone who dares disagree with him. Also, I don't think he is that great of an actor. He has no range really, all of his films (other than Risky Business which was like what 20 years ago?) show him as basically the same character.

Poor Katie Holmes getting mixed up with that crazy inbred lot. I personally don't care if I ever hear about him again. I will not ever spend any of my moeny on his films. There are way better actors out there than this alient freakshow.

Linda, Cruise is a member of the Scientology cult that L Ron Hubbard founded. He has nothing to do with Christianity in any form or fashion. So, please don't associate his wacko behavior with Christians. As far as what Christian Scientists are...i have no clue. Never heard of them :).

That said, Cruise lost me when I found out just how wack he was and that Scientology was the root cause of it. Read up on how Scientology came about and what they believe in and you'll know why he wanted to do War of the Worlds. He was looking for a space ship to take him away.:)

Thanks for the heads-up, Tom. I thought Scientology and Christian Scientists were one in the same. Guess I'll have to do some research. Hope Cruise finds his spaceship soon!

I say good riddance to him. He does more harm than good when he spouts off and tries to say he knows more about psychiatry than actual doctors (with years of schooling and experience). He is an absolute emabarssment.

I have nerver seen someone who is such an egotistical control freak as this Theta loving freak. He has lost all credibility and I think Paramount did absolutely the right thing.

My cousin had a severe case of PPD and without the medication the doctors gave her she would have been in a lot more trouble. The drugs saved her and helped her to enjoy the first few months of her childs life. Also, if he can really get someone off heroin in three days, he missed his calling. Let's see him come to the East Side of Vancouver and work his magic. I give him a 1/2 hour before they kick his ass.

Do some Googling on Scientology but don't read too far into their stuff. There are some sites out there with well documented truths about the real 'Church of Scientology'. Not to mention just how wacko L Ron Hubbard was. Here's one of the best: http://www.xenu.net/

Christian Science is a group that doesn't believe in medicine. They also believe the body is dangerous to the spirit. Here's a good reference link about them and where they came from.

Thanks so much Tom! I'm well on my way to learning something new today. What is it they say? The most intelligent people realize that what they know about life is little compared to how much there is still to learn (or something like that). Gonna go get educated now. Thanks again for the links.

You are very welcome. Not sure who said this but it goes something like this.... "the more i learn...the less i know..." :)

I rarely comment on forums like this but I had to defend my faith. As you are finding out...Scientology has nothing to do with Christianity...also Christian Science has very little to do with Christianity (as a whole).

I'm glad you were receptive to my comments and replies. I hope others learn from this also. We (Christians) tend to be labeled as intolerant when, in reality, those labeling us are not being very tolerant of us and our beliefs. Not to mention respecting our right to believe what we want to.

Take care and good luck with your knowledge journey

Tom Cruise has recently teamed up with the famous Internet media celebrity, Dr. Chris Mentillo.

Dr. Mentillo has supported Tom cruise and his Evangelist mission with Scientology.

Although the "DOC," is a born again Christian and ordained Minister and Hollywood producer, he also feels a Godly connection to Tom cruise and Scientology.

Rumors are that both evangelists are childhood friends from Syracuse New York.
