Moule? Moule?? Moule??! MOULE!!!! The Board of Supervisors and City Council chant, as he descends on the podium like Moses, from the mouth of God. Thou shalt build without ryhme or reason; and thou shalt not charge us for it, as long as I reign. In new English, Moule states with the authority of personal ownership of two “public” entities,“On behalf of the Chamber and TEDC, let my will be done!”
As our elected servants fall on their knees and ask,“How may we serve you m’lord?” I need to sell more glass! he demands. Whatever ye want Lord of all things small minded in Tehama County wants.
For years, Moule has treated the Chamber and TL/EDC like his political and personal mallot. Anytime, the weaponless paupers stand against him, he brings it out and swings at anyone in his way. Thank God, his big hammer John Yingling was finally retired. One has to wonder who Moule will choose to replace his favored blacksmith.
Moule was responsible for the recall of the three supervisors. Why? Because, they were going to fire Moule’s personal planning director George Robson for running a very shoddy and underhanded ship. Next, he had the council resign City Manager Susan Price for even suggesting to raise developer fees. With Moule’s help, Robson shoved through a General Plan, not approved by the advisory committee and now, we’re being sued for it. Members and employees of the Chamber harassed private citizens at a public restaurant, when they were being interviewed about the lawsuit. Now, Moule has single handedly forced the BOS to back off on fees needed by the County.
The Board shouldn’t raise fees right now, but should have when the construction industry was booming and Moule didn’t want developers to pay.
Most of the Chamber members are good hard working citizens and do not support Moule without question. However, they also fail to ask how does this divisive self-serving business person really help the Chamber or the image of Tehama County. The only time he yields his power is when it will financially benefit him. Other than that, he keeps a low profile. Many business’s don’t want any part of the Chamber, because of their unethical, political involvement in good ole’ boy politics.
Maybe the money wasted on the TL/EDC and Chamber needs to be cut, until they start representing all the people of Tehama County and not just Moule and his good ole‘ boys. It’s definitively time to stand up against the tyrant Moule and save our community from its apathetic pit of corruption.
A roomful of medical marijuana patients couldn’t raise an ounce of compassion from the BOS, but when Moule, stands by himself and demands his way, watch the powers scramble to do his will.

If the Tea Party Express is a Republican group then maybe you could explain to me why it is that they took the lead in deposing the Republican candidate in the NY 23rd? And how it is that their 2 chief spokesmen (Deborah Johns and Mark Williams) were leaders in the removal of Republcan John Doolittle from his congressional seat?

Hmmm, isn't this the same Bill Moule involved in the bad auto accident in Sept 2008 wherein a David Olufson was killed and Moule was at fault? Whatever happened? Were any charges ever brought against Moule?

Why in the hell wasn't the teaparty movement desiring "limited government" and "fiscal responsibility" prior to Obama's election? And if they were, why were the numbers so small to seem non-existent. I respect dissent and am glad the tea party movement exists to bring another voice to the table, but come on, the legitimacy of the teaparty platform suffers greatly, when between 2000-2008, the deficit and government grew at exponential rates and thousands of our boys and girls were sacrificed in a country with NO TIES TO 9/11.

Apparently, when your Bill Moule, you can even get away with manslaughter and not even have a trial. As usual the Daily Rag would never follow-up on such a controversial story, which might mean a loss for them in advertising revenue. The TV stations are just as bad, but when your paying $1,000 of air time at their stations, there not going to report it either. That's how the good ole' boys control the media and the truth. They buy it!

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Gemini

Beware of taking on too much because it will be an effort to get through it all. You might even have to give up the unequal struggle, which won't do much for your ego or your reputation. Be especially careful about this if you're at work because a certain person may try to take advantage of what they see as your weakness or failure to deliver the goods.
