This is a major reason the manslaughter law need to be changed. To many alcohol and drug heads driving cars and killing people with no consequences. Of course we have elected far to many people that are woried about cheating on there taxes to see any change.

Not everyone can be a hero like Alvin York or Audy Murphy, not everyone can be a leader like Curtis LeMay or Norman Swortzcroft , too few of us challenge the odds like Charles Limbergh or Neil Armstrong, for most of us it's all we can do to earn a living to pay the bills, keep food on the table and a roof over our heads BUT why in the hale do some aspire to be a P.O.S. in life and seem to be proud of such an accomplishment ???

It is time to put this bottom-feeder away for life. He has had plenty of chance to change, but has decided to be a menace to society. Maybe the family of his last victim should sue the Pardon and Parole Board for allowing him back out on the streets.

MAN HE KILLED TWO PEOPLE IN A CAR IN HIS LIFETIME AND PUT ONE IN A WHEEL CHAIR... SOUNDS LIKE HE NEEDS TO GET A NEW CHAIR FOR HIS SELF... BUT HE WILL ONLY USE IT ONCE. THE ELECTRIC CHAIR... what a waist of space and air... FRY THE BUM.

He looks like he must go through life in a shameless drunken stupor. Look at him! He is a total loser and probably does not have a clue as to what he does most of the time. I would love to slep the hell out of that face.

That's not a drunken stupor, that is a "been up for many days on Meth" stupor.

Our good ol revolving door system, no accountability at all. Just a little smack on the wrist. Looks like we need to bring back the lynch mobs, to get anything done ...

Of course just kidding, but it really angers me...our "unjust' system.

Some people are prime candidates for the death penalty. He's not learning anything by getting away with this over and over, and he doesn't care, so where is that express lane that Texas talks about?

Daily Horoscope for December 8

Libra

Get organized because that's the best way to be productive today. You're eager to be as efficient and practical as possible, but you won't get very far if you don't know what to do first. So draw up a list of priorities and start with the most urgent. Ideally, you should be left to your own devices while you do all this because that will aid your concentration and self-confidence.
