Bill----- Since: May 09 3,971 Fl	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #2 Sep 17, 2009 I read the opinion of the court (also previous decisions in the case)and the decision is based on a whole lots of guesswork that has been repeatedly rejected in the past. It reads more like the "swan song" of a 72 year old judge who wants another "15 minutes of fame' before she retires. The appeal itself by the lawyers sounds like they know they know they are going to shortly lose their gravy train of funding because he will shortly die because of his ill health.
