Wow it is amazing to see how many brainwashed group thinking individuals are left in this world - not the Dixie Chicks, but Old Ben. So easy to pass judgment on things you know nothing about.
I do hope that you are never sent to prison, or god-forbid, death row with no one in your favor to live.

from all they said at the trial. they said that they did it now after all these years they want a newq trial. well if they should get one the will be found guilty again and all they are doing is putting the familiesw of those little boys back through hell again.... NO NEW TRIAL

I also have first hand knowledge, so your high and mighty stance is not exactly one that is going to make me change my mind. I'm in the legal and forensic field and I believe what I do based on knowledge and experience which is my right. Also, the only one whoever confessed was one that was coerced after 12 hours of interrogation. The person who testified saying another of the boys had confessed, later said that what she testified to was a lie and she only said what the police told her to.

Everyone, you, me, the Dixie Chics, are entitled to their own views and beliefs. I don't agree with you. I don't agree with what you say.

Even parents of the victims want new trials or exoneration of these boys, and yet I can't see how you are so ready to pass judgment.

I also have first hand knowledge of this case, as I was part of the investigation. I "know" these boys are guilty. But, let them have a new trial, and put to rest all these outsiders who think they
know better than the investigators, prosecutors, judge and jury that were there when it all took place. I'm sick of hearing about it...

As for the investigation that took place in this case, the tainted or destroyed potential evidence is what has made so many outsiders skeptical as to what actually occurred in the investigation. That is going to be the case always whether they are given a new trial or not.

Jason - I applaud your support and convictions. You will notice many people on hear continually make personal attacks on Damien, Jessie and Jason - or even the poster, but yet it is hard for them to actually speak of tangible evidence.

these guys obviously did not go to death row for singing too loud in the church choir. i know one of the state attorneys who worked on this case. he/she described the case as a VERY solid.

Well obviously both prosecutors are going to say it is a strong case, especially Folgeman. This case is what got him to the judge's bench. But even he has admitted that there was a lack of physical evidence in this case - see his late 1990s interview with the Phoenix newspaper. Hmmmm - sounds to me like that has proven what many have said - death row, no evidence.

Brent Davis, the lower profile prosecutor, well the case didn't really help him or his career. He is still a prosecutor. At least Fogleman got something out of the witch hunt.

So obviously it is a "he" prosecutor - unless of coarse you are speaking of one of the secretaries who has managed to finally make it to the attorney ranks. Which is doubtful.

If the case is so SOLID - describe it for us. List your evidence, state your facts, state your sources. I will say again, anyone who can give me tangible evidence - I will listen whole heartedly and keep an open mind. Although at this point I might at least need forensics of some sort.
