Andrew Koppel, in other words Ted Koppel's son, was a lawyer. The rates of alcoholism and drug abuse among lawyers as so skyhigh as to be off the charts. And while plenty of lawyers do partake of marijuana, however overall cocaine and heroin do seem to the drugs of choice among lawyers.

However the various agencies that pretend to regulate lawyers try their very hardest, and usually successfully, to keep the general public from finding out the truth about the skyhigh rates of alcoholism and drug abuse among lawyers since lawyers ability to be able to charge two hundred dollars and up an hour and to also present themselves as experts and as extremely intelligent, logical, and highly competent professionals is largely based on the general public not finding out the truth about that sleazy and drug infested Mafia of bribery, lies, fraud, and illegal backroom fixes that pretends it is a legitimate profession and likes to describe itself as the "legal profession." Actually, and based on the "standards" of most lawyers, a much better name for it would be the "illegal profession."

More specifically, and while in any other major profession, and such as for example among teachers, nurses, architects, or doctors, etc, etc, etc, you will find a small percentage that are extremely sleazy and corrupt, however among lawyers the percentage that are extremely sleazy, corrupt, pathological liars, con men, scam artists, and really nothing more than criminals with licenses is well above fifty percent. In fact, a major part of what lawyers to be learn is law school, and law school professors teach, is how to lie, deceive, and practice fraud and deception.

Thanks for the info Mark, despite what you have said, My heart goes out to a father who has lost a son, even knowing that his son was using drugs, etc. and couldn't do a darn thing about it! Have a nice Father's Day and be sure to think about this father, regardless of his status, who is greiving the loss of his son!

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Aries

Take care today Aries, because the emotional landscape in your neighborhood will be full of pitfalls during the coming fortnight, as it has been since the Solar Eclipse on May 20. The more convinced you are that you're right, the harder it will be to navigate your way around forthcoming events. If you feel resentful of someone, perhaps a neighbor or sibling, you need to get your feelings out in the open, rather than burying them deeper, where they'll fester and lead to more problems in the long run.
