wel, im new to rapping, i listen to rap a lot since i was 12, 13 but i always wanted to get in to it and i dont no where to start. i was wondering if someone could help and give me some info. peace.

u should start writin rhymez ..
and try downloadin instrumentalz ..
and when u finish some rhymez ..
try to listen to da beat ( instrumental ( muzic only )

I was actually making fun of rap and all of it's followers. I am personally into real music, but as they say, to each his own. If you want to listen to someone talk about s e x while an extremely annoying repetitive beat is drumming monotonously in the background then do as you please.

One question: Do you guys really talk like that...all the time? All the "foe shizzle ma nizzle stuff"?

maybe i am too old but the use of "great" and "rapper" in the same sentence is a bit of an oxymoron to me.

all i can say is dont try to rap like the newer rappers like chamillionair or akon cuz it sells but its not real rap. u need to stay old school like 2pac ice cube, dr. dre and some of the dmx songs.
