The 57 states is what Obama Said as he was talking about having visited 57 states and still had 1 left and had not gone to Alaska or Hawaii so if you add them all up, by OBAMA's own words, there are 60 states cause he mentioned 3 others besides saying the 57!
And when you use sources, find legitimate ones other than those left or far left wing whacko sites and enlighten us with some REAL Truthful Facts!
Bush did not go Awol, get over this Idiotic Idea. He was required to put in a certain amount of hours and had by far exceeded the number he needed, he also was on TDY "Temorary Duty" with another unit during this time. It is done All The Time so unless you have been in the Military, you probably would not understand it.

I stand corrected on the 57 states thing. I admit it, he said it. I missed it because I was busy with something that had my complete attention.

Watching it and looking into it he clearly meant to say 47, and he misspoke and said 57. 47+1+2=50. He doesn't really think there are 60 states.

I did miss the meaning of the post. I admit that.

As to Bush, that page has been up for four years and no one has proven anything on it wrong.

I was qualified as a 63H and 63W and another letter in the 63 cat.

In todays economic and business world, I can many companies with profits and losses, but the audacity of many to say Bush and Big Oil and then to also claim he lost money. They had losses and yes almost went Bankrupt, but they didn't and eventually sold the company which is still going Without Bush. But then In My life, every time we have seen huge tax increases, the employers I have worked for usually have laid off many workers and those smaller businesses have closed. But right now We are in a record sales year which should extend through 2009 unless Congress does something like more huge increases.

http://www.factcheck.org/new_evidence_support...

Lets see, Pilots License suspended for drug use. Bush was never charged with any Drug use other than Rumors and the true fact he got a DWI, and in some cases Drivers and Pilot Licenses go hand in hand, you loos 1, you loose both.

57 and he meant 47, I agree, but, if McCain had said that, the press would be calling him Senile, oh wait they are already and oh he has a temper, Somehow certain things don't mean anything for some party candidates and they mean an ever increasing amount for the other, and BTW I don't support either but am waiting to vote only for a Vice President and I believe McCain may have the better chance of selecting one I like.

Anyone can write anything even if it is not trrue on a website, There are websites claiming Obama is a Muslim, so we should believe that because it is there?? Obama has Muslim Relatives and did go to a Muslim School, but I believe he is not one, but I also think what was preached by his long time pastor was hate and racial hate towards white, does that make Obama a Racist, Yes and No, but then we really do not know much of the man, but enough other things that have questions showing up like Rezko and Ayres, one has to weigh them and decide credibility of the candidate. But then there are those websites saying just like the one you mentione saying things true or untrue. But to tell you I have seen far too much hate from the Democrat Party that I will never vote for them or belong to that party, and it has not been the same since JFK was assinated!

I think calling Olbermann a middle east plant is a stretch, the Arabs wouldn't hire somebody THAT stupid.
Olberman is deranged, pure and simple. He cannot go ONE show without working himself up into a lather about either President Bush or Bill O'Reilly or John McCain. Especially O'Reilly since he beats Olberman like a drum in the ratings day, week and month over and over again. I am really surprised( and disappointed) that he has not had a coronary instead of easy going Gentleman Tim Russert. What a difference between those two: Russert, not only a consumate professional who was always fair but also a gentleman and good citizen. God sure does work in mysterious ways: taking Russert and leaving Olberman.

Typos are to be forgiven, yes, but you are leaving out whole words and as a result your meaning is unclear.

You claim to be qualified as a 63h and a 63w and 'another letter in the cat' but apparently you can't remember what letter. You suggest that we your readers are suppose to respect you for ‘it’, but you can't remember what ‘it’ is.

I'll try to say this without rancor.

Whatever your qualifications may be, the wise person only lists upon their resume the qualifications they can actually remember. You make yourself appear to be less then honest by saying that 'you were this and you were that but you can't remember what ‘that’ was called'.

You might consider that the kind of writing your post represents may do your cause more harm then good.

If you knew anything about the 63H you would know that when you move up in Qualifications you also become qualified as a 63 W and another MOS is included. This occurs at 63H30 and the other Mos become 63H's when they advance they all become qualified for almost every Vehicle.
And yes I can not remember the other Qualification. But with rank, I was qualified as all of them!
And yes 11B is Infantry and Combat engineers also have an 11, but I cant remember that one either!
But the 63 class are all Mechanical, Tanks, Duece and a half and down to Jeeps and now Hum Vees and such.
And I never volunteered for anything!

Look at the upside of God taking Russert instead of Olbermann. As it stands right now, Keith Olbermann has to live the rest of his life knowing he's not good enough to carry Russert's jock. Olbermann will never have the credibility to be a major news anchor, will never have the gravitas to host Meet the Press or any other program where serious, thoughtful discussions take place. Olbermann will always be a second string, junior varisty player and I think he's at least smart enough to know that, if anything else.

I also think he's just dumb, arrogant and neurotic enough to continue to push the envelope until he says something so completely indefensible, even Code Pink will denounce him.

I prefer this irony to any other right now. I wonder how he feels knowing that he's not major league material.

I don't know Motorhead. If MSNBC was going to ax this anchor around their neck they would have done so by now with his ratings so low. The wonder is MSNBC can get any sponsers at all for that time slot with Olbermann's ratings in the dumpster.

As I understand it, Olbermann is responsible for bringing in 7 of MSNBC's 9 viewers. They won't ax him until they find someone who can bring in a few more.

LOL! I agree that FOX tends to lean right, some of the players leaning farther than others. But MSNBC is getting all bent out of shape after they've been salivating over Obama during this whole campaign? After Chris Matthews says he gets "a thrill running up his leg" listening to Obama? Good grief...
I don't necessarily think the Headline is correct...she didn't necessarily reveal the bias of FOXNEWS; she revealed her personal choice, which is likely against the code of conduct.

Have you seen this video of Fox News playing softball with Hillary Clinton?
Fohttp://www.eyeblast.tv/publi c/video.aspx?RsrcID=2222x News Plays Softball with Pa.-winning Clinton
(Shameless self promotion – it’s from the organization I work for). But, it’s a great video and you should check it out anyway.
