I waited over 4 weeks before buying another IP3 player locally for my (understandably impatient) Grand daughter.

A package arrived nearly 60 days after I placed my order. IT WAS EMPTY.

I ahd already asked for my money back but they said it would be on my second or third credit card bill. Why was never explained as they were capable of taking the money for the product instantly.

Beware!!!! money is too hard for most of us to come by these days and that is why we look for alternatives to what is needed to do business and etc.Do Not GO THERE, we are used to a better quality of product here in America and companies that back up their products ALWAYS!!!, but we are fast becoming USA inc by China, guess they have played us for fools but the word is and will continue to get out. Do not go there!!! has taken me forever to get answers and now they want me to come out of pocket the return the "defective item" hummm at at cost of too many UDS, I can not trust this company ever again and Never will. Spread the word we do not need this type of harassment and jumping hoops to right a wrong, maybe that is the way they are used to being treated I do not know but until I have to be treated that way GOD forbid, I will not settle for crappy merchandise with my hard earned money and will tell ALL. If the right it I will tell all this also. time will tell

I ordered three dresses in which I need to wear to a wedding so time is of the essence here. My order took forever to finally get here!!! Last night, it finally arrived ups and I had to pay a $55.07 embarkment shipping fee before he could release my box to me!!!!! Wrf? That info was never disclosed on website! I paid for shipping online !!!! Scam!!!! Watch out. I almost said forget it but I needed those dresses and I already paid for them. I knew I wasn't going to get a refund. Buyer beware!

I am quite sure that i should write this comments, I ordered a pink evening dress in early Dece.. First, they e-mailed they had to verify my charge. About three days later, they noticed me that the dress is out of stock and advised me to change another one. So i picked another one, unluckily, out of stock again. I began to get suspicious, and found this web site with all the good reviews and i choose to believe the site and ask the consultant to advise me the similar one. I got the dress the day before yesterday, about one month from England to China, a long journey. But the quality of the dress is OK, so...

Lesson learned: do your research re customer satisfaction before placing an order.

I ordered a wig for my mother, she's been very I'll and has lost her hair. I have no idea how to get in touch with Lightinthebox to speak to a person. Site just says your order is being processed. Since 13th December! I realise now how important it us to check on these companies.

These guys are scamming always charge for good which they then email are out of stock and charge for postage on other very small things. Not good service no such thing as customers service. I shop online all the time and it is only these people in china who have done this scam. I ordered shoes for my daughters wedding they did not arrive. I will never use this site again. The shoes were not even cheap really just something I wanted. Do not use this website... for online purchase buyer beware

DO NOT buy from Lightinthebox. I ordered two mother of the bride dresses from the website, no custom requirements or special requests. However, they do not fit and Lightinthebox refuses to send a form to return them and you cannot return without special permission. Of course there is no number to call - they just reply to emails. They state it was a custom order and therefore they cannot resale the item which is untrue. I checked their website again today and same dresses are offered on sale. I am out almost $400 to a site that is nothing but a scam. Lighinthebox is nothing but a Painintheass! Scam and scumbag!

Still awaiting refund from Lightinthebox! 20 days already have pass. I have open a dispute at Paypal which I have escalate to claim, lets see how it will go. I refused the parcel same day, package arrive with express shipping with DHL, so I was expected to be returned as express shipping, because I am already charged for this!

Stay away from Lightinthebox! More than 20 days for refund is simply unacceptable. It is scam company which is selling low quality products.

Come on people use your initative, If you have never ordered from a website before use google and see reviews. There are far too many chinese scam websites. NEVER EVER pay with bank transfer or moneygram, It can not be traced and you will lose your money.

Don't think that paying by paypal covers you either, The websites will just use a fake tracking number and that is all paypal needs to give the scammers priority over your word. Stick to your own national trusted vendors.

Either read my words or don't, But if you lose money then thats your fault.

Thanks for all your reviews. I was about to order a knock-off ipad from Light In The Box because the customer reviews they have on their site were mostly favorable. But I thought the price was too good to be true and maybe they wrote those customer reviews themself so I decided to do some further investigation and found this site. Whew - Thank you for saving me and my money!!

I wanted a waterfall arced bathtub faucet. I spent hours searching and the one I wanted was from Light in the Box ONLY...I was put off by the lack of a contact phone#. Also, the whole China thing(trying to shop U.S.). Came to scam sites and my concerns were supported. Long story short, I happened to encounter someone who has ordered numerous things and times and raved about- QUALITY, TIMELY DELIVERY AND GREAT QUALITY. Sooo, I took a chance; I really wanted this waterfall faucet. WOW!!!!!!!! I ordered February 28,2012 and received it TODAY!!!!!!!!Marc 6. It is perfect and exactly what I wanted.

I ordered my wedding veil and a corset set from them and they came when they said they would, no extra charges and they were great quality. I was surprised that they were actually that good of quality considering everyone else says they are a scam. I am ordering additional things for my wedding from them too.

I ordered a dress from them this last month and had no problems, other than them using DHL as their delivery service (They're a bunch of idiots). I'm surprised so many people have had problems with them. I heard about them from a friend and was referred to them with assurance that they were a great site to shop with. Glad I had no big problems and items arrived with return shipping label (if I needed to return it), a measuring tape, really nice packaging and the dress was beautiful with a lot of detail. Good price and great item. Sorry you all had problems.. but I have no complaints

I recently ordered 2 tattoo machines from lightinthebox, they were of high quality, a third of the price and on time. i plan on ordering a power suply 2day. if i have any probs ill b sure to update but as of now im completely satisfied

What a shame, I have ordered a number of things from this site, they have arrived promptly, been well packaged and sent and been excellent quality. Ive had no issues with paypal or the one time I requested a refund as the shoes I purchased were too big - I received it easily... I think this is a great site :)
