I answered the mail and received this answer from Ms Helen Wilson. What do you think ? I can't find manynews of Donation Europe in any search engine and in many phishing lists I've checked, but I still don't understand why a charity organisation should pay so much. The last thing that I wish is to have troubles with the police and the laws..

100% Scam. Don't be a victim. If you get an Email from this person file a complaint.
This is a "Work At Home" or "Business Opportunity" Scam.
Saying these donations are for poor children makes it even more pathetic.

The fraudster will get your home address and send you a Counterfeit Donation Check. You will be asked to process this check through your own personal bank account (work at home opportunity).

After the deposit is made, the fraudster will ask you to Wire Transfer funds to them. They will ask you to keep a portion for yourself as payment for your services.(Once you Wire Transfer the Funds, the money is GONE, you WILL NOT be able to get it back.)

Later when the check returns to your account as counterfeit, your account will be overdrawn (unless you have enough $$ in there to cover the bad check). Either way you just got scammed.

You will be held responsible by your bank for the money you wired because you processed the bad check through your account.

NEVER deposit a check or money order from an unknown person into your account.

Check Out www.IC3.gov for more information related to Online Scams.

Yep. I got this email too.

Its cleverly designed and I would've ALMOST believed it, but the fraudster didn't pay attention to small details in one area, and completely overemphasized certain details in other areas.
The "Donation Europe" seal on the contract looks about as authentic as a Barbie doll marriage certificate.
The charity's and organization's registration numbers would never be written out like that on an employment contract form.
No one ever picks up the phone (if you've tried calling).
The news links are bogus.
The online donation page is clearly fake.
The email address is an AOL account. For a charity organization to use a layman's email server is unheard of.

I would like to say "congratulations" to the scammers for helping me to confirm my long-held belief that most humans are unworthy of living.

As the old saying goes, "If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is."

I just called the number on the website and they answered! I asked for Helen Wilson, but she was conveniently "unavailable".

The thick German-accented man on the other end would not answer any of my questions by phone and kept referring me to their email address for correspondence
