In L.A. Story with Steve Martin I think it was cute when her character told him "...they are real." I've wondered, however, about how different she looked to me in First Wives Club. Is that the same nose? Could have been camera angles, I realize.

well i like sarah and i dont think she has boob implants i have seen some of the movies she was in as a little girl like one you usally you cant find anywhere else it is a really good movie somewhere tomorrow i really like it a hole lot i just bought it from amazon.com and it came in on tuesday i like it so much.

as far as i am concerned parker has her own style and i think that she does not need implants.

I just wanted to say that I don't like SJP either but I'm not an anti-semite I LOVE JEWS!...As a black person I am NEVER going to be racist...But I really don't understand why folks like this woman she's ego-tistical self-righteous and thinks the world owes her...I think she's homely too and thats not a reason to dislike someone either but fugly people who think they're better than you is annoying...

I just saw failure to launch and I too thinks she's had implants. early in the movie she in a tight fitting stretch top in light mocha color and there appears to be definite edge of implant on the outside edge of the implants. I think she does; It doesn't look like it's the bra causing it.

SJP definitely has implants, just modest ones that suit her frame, so they're not too noticeable. If you watch Sex in the City in order, you'll see that for the first few episodes she has a smaller chest (small B cup, I'd guess.) In one episode she's talking to an artist friend, and her sweater clearly shows a smaller bust. The series' opening sequence must have been shot later, because she has "filled out" in that ballet tutu she's wearing. She made L.A. Story before SITC so that was her real (pre-surgery) chest.

I have watched every episode of "Sex and the City", and I cannot believe that someone as skinny as SJP could have real boobs that big. I don't think it is scientifically possible to store all of one's body fat solely in the breasts.
