Wonder how painful it was for Nick when she asked him for the divorce? Wonder how painful it was for a grown man to be married to a woman AND her overbearing father? I'm betting Nick is glad now. John Mayer better watch out, Jessica's daddy sees and knows all it seems.

Nick did not act like a guy in pain, more like a guy on the prowl! Now, Jessica on the other hand looked very much in pain.

Maybe, but she left him. I place most of the blame on Daddy-he had his hands, and still does, in to many cookie jars. I believe I read that Nick said there were three people in that marriage. If she was going to leave him, why shouldn't he look for someone else?

Sue, shes the hooker that was cheating on him with everyone from singers to stunt men. Dont make her the victim here. He did the right thing, found another hottie so he wouldnt have to be called a sap from everyone in hollywood. Dont make her the martyr.

Nick never said their were 3 people in the marriage, & you have no idea why she left him. No matter, Nick did not look or act like he was in pain. He was dating while Jessica couldn't even function! Now, doesn't that make you wonder?

They were both pained - but the simple truth is Jessica wanted out - she didn't really mean her vows "TILL DEATH US DO PART" it is one thing to glorify her for waiting until she was married - but she sure didn't wait long when things didn't go her way or she wasn't up to the challenge of trying to save her marriage. She is a little little girl...... Nick may not be a saint ( I don't know him and my perception of him is based on a reality show - which seems to not have been so much reality after all....) But he lookedlike a guy "NOT ON THE PROWL" but someone who was going to drown his sorrows in moving on - he had tried - he went to her house to beg - even though cameras and news crews cught the whole humiliating act. What more could he do???? And it wasn't serious with all those girls - more like just trying to get his legs under him after being plowed over by Jessica. Jessica, by the way, always looks pained - especially when she sings! Scary!

Nick, is that you posting as margaritanlime. No one else would seriously feel that strongly about some former boybander's marriage would they? So funny.

Nick may have a drinking problem. He was always drinking on their show, but that's a show. I agree about Dad. You leave your mother & father and cleave to your wife, says the bible - Daddy should know. Ego problems, also. Who's making more money or doing better. Jessica made a movie. You think Nick wasn't being treated as a man. Man of the house - Dad? I'd drink, too. Nick came from something good in Ohio.

I loved Jess & Nick from the get go I thought they were so cute on their show! However you could see that their days were numbered they were just total opposites. He was a poor kid from Cincinnati who's parents were divorced and she was this spoiled pampered princess in her parents eyes. That's why she was shocked that Nick didn't lay around and grieve over her after she dumped him! Is she that ditzy? Nick is way to hot to stay alone for to long princess or not....
