Report: Elisabeth Hasselbeck 'Really Upset' With 'View'

I have been emailing the view for months asking why Elisabeth is still on the show. It is time for her to get fired.

Why should she get fired? Keep in mind that every other left wing liberal media show has failed! What bullies those Gloria Steinam wanna be really are!

I think her goal has always been a job on Fox. Like they need another news bunny

She can't leave quick enough. All I can say is:
YAY! Now go away.

I think Elisabeth adds class to the show!! She has morals and isn't afraid to stand up for them!!! You rock girl!!!

If she wants to leave, then let her go. I personally enjoyed the diversity on the show; however, if she feel that intimidated by the truth, then so be it. I believe that if you feel that strongly about what you truly believe in, then no amount of controversy will make you back down. That being said, if she believes in her candidate then she should stick it out. If she can't sit back a take the truth about McCain/Palin/Bush campaign and policies, then good day to her. She needs to stop being a bratt and grow up. Be a real woman and stick around and fight it out. She was probably just looking for a good excuse to leave the show in the first place.

She's such an irritant. Surely there's someone better than can represent views w/o everyone having to walk on egg shells. I'd probably watch the show again if she were gone.

I was worried when Whoopie came on as she is very out spoken for the Democratics but she has been Great. Learn from someone who knows when enough is enough.

She stands up for her values and she is not the only person who has those values. I watch the view and I like having someone TRY and put in two cents for republicans. Not one of the others is neutral. No one would dare say anything negative about the democrats. She should stay and shame on Barbara for taking the shot.

If Elisabeth leaves, or is let go, they need to also get rid of Joy Behar! The producers should then replace them with two conservative co-hosts to balance the panel. I'm sick of Joy, Barbara, and Whoopi dominating with their liberal biases (Sherri doesn't add much good or bad). It's time for balance. Maybe ABC should give the show to CNN--then they can have all liberal co-hosts without apology. Fox News should come up with a balanced version of "The View." Fox already dominates cable news in every category and time slot (despite not broadcasting in as many homes as CNN from what I read on a ratings site). Put it on at the same time and see who gets the most viewers :-)

Elisabeth is like an ostrich with her head stuck in the sand. She has a blindfold on and refuses to even lift one side off to try and see other people's opinions. I honestly can't stand the show any more because of her biased big mouth. If she left, the show could go back to being entertaining instead of this constant Obama/democrat bashing big mouth.

The view the wife watches it its a sad little show. I have no idea why they all fell in love with a political figure, Obama the great laughing.

I agree that Elisabeth needs to go. She is not effective on the show. The reason she gets upset is because she does not make sense. I think the other ladies should just let her put her foot in her mouth and just ignore her. She is not worth responding to at all. She is not intelligent and does not know the facts when discussing a thing! She disagrees with everyone and offers not substance to her arguments. She just disagress to disagree. They need someone who argures back on an intellectual level. She is the Sarah Palin of the show. Her mouth opens and nothing comes out that is relevant. NOTHING!!

I'm Just the opposite. I'm a Democrat from a labor union family. The way Whoopi is an extreme liberal and constantly shoved it down everyone's throat I was happy the little Elisabeth defend herself aggressively. She is by herself and has the ability debate where whoopi uses phrases created by spin doctors I've heard a hundred times before. She is articulate pretty and sensuous. Whoopi coarse looks like she has Flees and I don't want her defending my side. I know Obama will win because has is well mannered, articulate, smooth and more intelligent than McCain. Little Liz needs to yell a little she's losing and so is McCain. Whoopi should be replaced by some one with a little class.

Why is it that when Democrats do not like or agree with a conservative view, they never seem to counter with anything factual...but rather just resort to personal attacks. I swear I see this ALL OVER THE PLACE. Never anything intelligent to offer, only personal put-downs!

This show is so unbalanced. What the hell makes everyone think that the liberal point of view is the only point of view!? How Arrogant! Modern, conservative women don't believe that a woman should feel her only choice is to rip life out of her womb limb by limb. Those of you who hate women who defend innocent life should look deep within yourselves and examine why you are so bothered by this compassionate point of view. Your so called "liberal" point of view really is not liberal at all... I bring only this issue up, even though there are many others, because this seems to be the main one that divides the sisterhood of women. Elisabeth does a pretty good job at standing up to her co hosts, but come on 4 to 1!! At some point you get tired of the mental and verbal abuse and you don't argue your point as strongly or as well. They need a couple of Strong conservative women on that show that can give us a fair fight everyday - then that would be great show.
