The CIA is thee premier Intelligence Agency that I depend on. The DIA was an abject failure with good intentions, but a failure non the less.

If I was running the show?

I would be horse whipping my guys!
that's right!

Stupidity is what got us into this position in the first place.

Once again Mel proves that he is an idiot who has no clue about what is going on. The "illegal" activities were all approved by the Presidents who appointed the DCIs
