"Strong Medicine" Gets Discharged

Looks like the medical business isn't what it used to be. After 132 episodes, TV Week says that Lifetime is canceling "Strong Medicine." It's been six years, and the network says they think it's run its course.

I am an RN and LOVE this show. With all the worthless shows on mainframe TV, why would you take off two of the best shows ever---"Strong Medicine" and "Division". Great actors and great acting. Please bring them back. It might help to heve them on at more normal times than the middle of the night. Thank you.

I really love Strong Medicine too... Hate that it stopped, and hate it even more that there isn't a single dvd-box available after season 1. No other episodes can be found online! What's that all about? Every episode of TV series, no matter how boring they are, can be found online? So bring on the Strong Medicine episodes, make us the dvd-boxes of season and start making new episodes!

Please release the rest of the Strong Medicine seasons on DVD. I really would like to be able to watch the full episodes from the rest of the seasons.

I remember watching Strong Medicine all the time when it would come on. Unfortunately I didn't see it from the first episode, nor did I get to see the end of the series.
I've been searching online for a while for a website that has all the episodes but that's failed pretty badly thus far. I want to see from the beginning to the end, is that so much to ask?

I was in love with strong medicine! i used to make sure i was home in time everyday to watch the episodes on lifetime.. But somehow it just disappeared. they dont even show re runs..i have also been looking for them online but i can only find short clips.... Lu's character was my inspiration to become a doctor, and im just finishing high school and need a little motivation!!! Please, we would even appreciate a day long marathon!!! <3

I have Lifetimes Channel' Liftime Real Women and Stong Medicine aires at 5pm est and reruns that episode again at 1am est. I am like everyone else I wish they would release more seasons onto DVD. I would but it even if they would just make a box set of seasons 1 thru 6 and not release the season seperate. I agree with the comment about how other shows who only had one or two seasons have been released, I am just afraid eventually even LRW is gonna stop with the reruns soon. I dvr them every day but cant keep them on there forever eventually you run out of space. I hope Lifetime gets a clue.

strong medicine was my daughters favorite show, so much so she wanted to be a doctor like Lu, and open her own free woman's health clinic. after the show was canceled her father was killed in car accident, she lost all hope in this dream. shes only 15 and could become a great doctor, i wish the show was airing to give her that push again. i also have been looking for the seasons on Dvd but theres only the first, i wish that lifetime would bring strong medicine back, its more insporational and good for people today than alot of things playing now days.
