whats the most racist race in the world?

after reading many, many articles and comments on this very topic, here is my conclusion. there are at least two forms of "racism" here.(I am white, so I hope I can answer at least half of this correctly) the white race is more racist than the other races, in the light that they are more prejudice and act more superiour. however the black race is the most racist in the terms of sterotypical racism because (to put it bluntly) they make a BIG deal out of it. they are much more sooner and willing (yes, willing) to take offence at anything racism then perhaps any other race.
yes the white race did spred thier ideologies around the world and enslaved the blacks (come on, that was a long time ago) and are perhaps more discrimitory than perhaps any other race, but the white race has also done more to correct and learn from it's errors and contributes more to the benefit of mankind than any other race.
what have the blacks done, whined about it mostly, and blamed whites for their problems.
if the black race was already more supriour than the white race then why are they always trying to prove they are better? it's like they are always trying to play 'catch-up"
so am i racist. mostly likely yes. however I am not biased. also this based upon stereotypes not individuals or experience. I know black people that are wonderful and this doesn't apply to them at all and i know white people that are complete trash and are the exception to this argument.

"arab" isnt a race. "arabs" can be anyone that speaks arabic.
