House of Prayer bishop S.C. Madison dies

Sweet Daddy Madison Known to the world as (Bishop S.C MADISON) was my leader and he will be trully missed. I was born and raised in the uhop and its nothing like it.

Daddy Madison was a strong and loving leader. He taught us to love everyone and that "Life Can Be Beautiful."

I am thankful that NO comments can help or hurt our prophet now. I have be blessed to be in his presence and I pray for the combined strength and love of our church family.

It is through this great spiritual leader that I found Jesus and came to know the merciful love of God. I am forever indebted to him. I will always love Precious Daddy Madison for the rest of my life. He will be sorely missed.

in 1994.DADDY MADISON had serious impact in my life,CONSTANTLY TEACHING ABOUT JESUS,LOVE,BROTHER AND SISTERHOOD AND UNITY AND MOST OF ALL TRUTH HE WILL BE MISSED BY ALL OF US ,BUT ESPECIALLY ME.

I am truly blessed to be a member of the United House of Prayer for All People, and to have known Precious Daddy Madison. He was truly a God sent man and will be deeply missed. I loved him so much. He is a very meek and humble man, always doing for others and teaching us to live holy. Dad has done so much for the children of the House of Prayer as well as friends of the church. Daddy I love you and will truly miss you.

I am so very thankful to be a life long member of this wonderful organization the United House of Prayer For All People. We as a people will truly miss our precious leader "DADDY MADISON" We know that the spirit of "DADDY" will always abide with us. He has done so much for the aged as well as the youth of the HOP. The passion he has shown, the word and love he gave but most of all the LIFE THAT OUR DADDY LIVED. Yes he taught us Life can be beautiful. Live Holy, Serve God. GOd's man servant was/is a blessing in our life. So I say EVERYBODY SHOULD KNOW WHO DADDY IS.

Daddy Madison has been nothing less than a blessing to the United House of Prayer for All People and its members. It was through the House of Prayer faith that I learned the path of Jesus and his intentions for my life. I thank christ for being the needed spiritual guide in my life and I am forever debted to christ and the faith that brought me to christ. I love the House of Prayer faith that has rooted me in God's teachings. We will all love, miss, and honor our Precious, Humble, Sweet, and great leader Daddy Madison. I also was not able to attend the funeral, but I too looked to the hills from which cometh my help. In this loss my soul was comforted by the lord.

Truly the Lord knows best. I have been raised in the House of Prayer for All People. But to be very honest I lost my way after the death of my savior Precious Daddy MCollough! I have always stayed spiritually in touch with the H.O.P. The cds DVDs and just sometimes sitting in the back during 8:00 prayer. I was shocked and very hurt to hear of THE GOOD SHEPERDS passing. It takes a man of great wisdom and spiritual loyalty to lead a flock as vast as the children of the HOP. I will not say I hope the Lord will place the next worthy leader in the now empty chair..... Because I know he will. To the children of the HOP hold on to God's unchanging hand, because I KNOW THAT IS WHAT DADDY taught you!

i am truly sorry for the grief you feel at the lost of your pastor, seriously. However I'd like to tell a quick story. I was born in a house at 5th and N sts. As a child I had fond memories of Sweet "Daddy" Grace's parades. They had three story brown stones across the street from the church at that time and we'd go early to get a seat on the fire escape to watch the festivals. It was one of my most fondest childhood memories.

However this also had a "darker" side that escaped me as a child. It was said when Daddy Grace died he'd come back. Now if you believe his "reincarnation" was thru McCollough, and later Madison, I think if they were alive they wouldn't agree with you.

The whole point is that these guys were just men who knew how to use the golden gift of the African, the WORD!!!

There's more but I don't wish to insult you in your time of grief...Remember religion is a business.

Do you believe that Jesus died so we might have the right to the tree of life, no one ever in life on this earth can neva be more powerful than the Lord Jesus Christ and the Christ lives in you!

you are brainwashed, but it's ok because i know there's nothing i can say or do to penetrate that type of pathology..

see it appeals to your base instincts for understanding and comfort...and in people who have been historically oppressed, the appeal is great!

Jesus is the Chief cornerstone of our House of Prayer faith. Don't get it twisted that we don't beleive in Jesus or God. People just misunderstand how we worship.
