Nice throwing in of an Indiana Jones reference there (from "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom," spoken by Short Round to Willie, who Shorty also called "doll" upon the conclusion of this command). Have to agree, Denise Richards as a Bond girl would be similar to Santayah taking over as lead singer of U2 or something. Just...ewww. My personal favorite is Eva Green. Classy-looking, yet so incredibly sexy. Major purrrrr inducer.

Hey wait a minute! I don't know if she officially qualifies as a Bond girl, but where's the love for Miss Moneypenny? I would have put her at the top of the list above all those other one hit wonders.

What about Jane Seymour from "Live and Let Die" as one of the best Bond girls ever?!?

HM! Nothing against Jill St. John (I think she is great.) But I don't think I would have put her in the top 10 best considered "Diamonds Are Forever" has got to be one of the worse Bond movies in the entire series.

The best Bond girl was Daniela Bianchi as Tatiana Romanova in "From Russia With Love."

I'm glad Diana Riggs made the top 10.

OK, I have a question: do we distinguish between a heroine and a femme fatale when we talk about "Bond Girls?" I think that distinction should be made, rather than lumping all the ladies into one group.

I can hardly argue with the best 3, but I'd put Carole Bouquet, Michelle Yeoh, and Barbara Bach above Eva Green for best Bond girls. Eva is a Top 10, but I think those three should be above her.(I'm not counting femme fatales on my list)

As for the worst, Tanya Roberts was worse than Denise Richards, although not by much. Perhaps it was because she was in the worst Bond movie of all that you don't notice her much. Aside from screaming "James!" every 5 seconds, she served no useful purpose in that movie.(at least they gave Denise Richards a few things to do to help Bond) Also, they seemed to forget Talisa Soto from "License to Kill" on the worst list.(and it was Bibi Dahl, not Lili Bahl.) Also, I would have listed Maud Adams under "Man With the Golden Gun" instead of "Octopussy," but that's just me.

Also, how about Claudine Auger from "Thunderball?"

Jane Seymour from Live and Let Die should've been in there for Best Bond girls and Octopussy's Maud Adams was not a bad Bond girl. As a matter of fact she's one of the TOP 10. Other than that the lists are agreeable.

Typical that the Brits voted one of the hottest of the Bond girls as the worst. Of course, if Charles preferring Parker Bowles over Diana is an example of Brit taste in women, then its hardly surprising.

Finally someone agrees with me. I've always thought that Denise Richards had to be the worst Bond girl ever! The fact that she's so HOT screams that there is NO WAY she could pass herself off as a scientist of any kind. You have to suspend a lot of disbelief for a Bond film but even so I couldn't get past that. Metal cutting lasers in the watch, OK. Invisible remote controlled car, sure. Denise Richards is a physicist, now you're just being silly.

I'd still give her the contents of my left, and right nuts.

Diana Rigg was an Avenger, and I thought she was better than Honor Blackman anyway.

I don't understand why everyone is so critical of Tanya Roberts and A View To A Kill. Personally it is my favorite bond movie and she is my favorite bond girl. Tanya is smoking hot in that movie and no other bond girl I have seen except for maybe Ursula Andress compares. This Eva Green shit annoys me too she should be the worst because she isn't even hot and she has 4,000 moles/freckles/sunspots on her body. Tanya Roberts is the best and the sexiest woman I have ever seen. Now she is a MILF and one of the most kick ass actresses, even at the age of 52. So stop bitching about Tanya Roberts and respect her for the sexy woman she is.
