Live Nation makes Ticketbastard seem like a dream. The web site is very poorly designed. I was able to get my ticket request in, but was unable to purchase them. Live Nation requires you to register before you can complete your purchase. The web site times out before your registration is complete. This happened to me twice and a friend of mine 4 times. I am very disappointed that I will not be able to see Phish this summer. I hope Phish never uses Live Nation again.

Live nation is the worst designs web site for ticketing that I ever experienced. I have wasted tons of time only to somehow figure out that they do not except foreign credit cards. The phone hotline does not except my credit card and could not even tell me if the webiste does. There is no notice on the website that clearly states that but after leaving all my ccards info, the purchase was not successful an dI guess that it is due to my credit card being a foreign one. Great job by phish to have livenation handle the concerts. Lucky me that I at least got some tix through the pre sale.

I agree that Live Nation sucks. I waited 4 hours to get my tickets for Star Lake and by then all the pavilion seats were sold out!!!!

I have to admit, I got lucky in that Live Nation "worked" twice. After hitting numerous error pages, time outs and kick backs I was able to make a pavilion and grass purchase. BUT, the majority of my concert going friends are out of luck due to the shiteous website.

I was so excited to hear about PHISH's summer tour and have been counting the days until the tickets went on sale. Since we don't have a Live Nation retail here yet, I had to go through the computer and phone. Their website kept freezing and when I did get through to purchase tickets it would just freeze again. Their phone system sucked more. A cheesy recording telling us how THEY CARE and then it would say all operaters are busy and would hang up. Well I never got tickets and I won't be seeing Phish this summer.
I HOPE WHEN THEY TOUR AGAIN, TICKETMASTER TAKES OVER!!! Although they're money hungry too, atleast they know how to with large crowds buying tickets! FU LIVE NATION!!!

If you really want to see phish you can still get tickets. They may cost a little more. But,oh well It is Phish And you did say you were a fan. So how can you cancel out the entire tour just because of that. And wishing for ticketmasters. Are you CRAZY. After seeing phish since the early 90,s I can tell you that ticketmasters is not the solution. I am however going to see all the shows this tour. No matter what it takes.

I agree that live nation is a complete waste of time as well as incompitant...I woke up earlier to purchase tickets and continued getting errors, but they found the time to charge my card; but, I never recieved tickets. Then to make matters worse I was on hold for over one hour simply trying to dispute the charges. I would not promote this website in any way and would warn people against using it for one second. It is a shame when the concerts are great, but the company selling the tickets is not capable of anything. STAY AWAY FROM LIVENATION!

Live Nation is HORRIBLE! I went to purchase tickets on pre-sale and they were great seats! My tickets were shipped out to me and I recieved them maybe 5 days after my order - great service! Then today I get an email saying "You credit is being credited" So I called and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes they finally told me that they sold my seats to someone else and I was not able to get the same price because the pre-sale ended.

So I quickly went on to Ticketmaster and couldn't find the venue so Live Nation had me "bent over a barral" so now I have crappier seats for the same price. I will not be using Live Nation again and if Ticketmaster and Live Nation do merge - I won't go to concerts. F**K them!

I agree LiveNation sucks. Just trying to buy two lawn tickets to the Nickelback show at the Post-Gazette Pavilion and they want to charge me TWICE for parking???? I don't know why they are selling parking anyway - you just pay for that when you get there. With all the fees, they want to charge me more than $90 for two $27 lawn tickets. What a ripoff!

You're the pathetic reason why ticket sites like this and ticketbastard and all the broker sites exist. You'll pay whatever it takes to go to the shows and pay more than you should. Fine if you and all the others who support paying more just to go to the show. Enjoy pissing your money away. Phish is great but no one is worth enabling these sorry ass ticket sites...

FYI, I don't think it was Phish's choice to sell tic's through the evil live nation. If I understand correctly, live nation is in control of ticket sales for the venues they now control... You know, the places where they have changed all the policies, cranked up the beer prices, ets... Therefore, if there's a show you want to see, go to the venue & buy your tickets there. You will pay less, live nation will make less, you will see the show you want to see & while you're there make sure you mention that you will not ever buy tickets from those evil mongers again! George Bush, Hitler & live nation. Six of one... Personally I hope they all rot in hell with Satan.

Hello i would like to let the public know how we are all getting ripped off by (drum roll) our old friend Ticketmaster. I along with many other fevered Phish Phans have been awaiting this summer since '04' in Coventry to come our way, well it did and the tickets sold out in a matter of seconds, i went online yesterday to get my tickets for the Gorge shows and guess what, as soon as the time came for them to go on sale, oooops they were sold out, hmmmmm well then i started searching around i came across several so called ticket agencies selling the 49.95 ticket price for 125. on up to 1,200 dollars (no joke) well one of these companies who have bought all the tickets from Ticket master is Ticketsnow.com owned by (drum roll) Ticketmaster, thats right they buy all the tickets up and tell the fans they are sold out then turn around and post them for sale at much, much, much higher prices at another company???? Am i just dumb or our we getting takin for ride on the magical mystery ticket ride? Lets put this to rest and not feed the beast, does the boys of Phish know about this? Is this not a form of ticket scalping? What is next????? Please lets get the word out.... Like me i am sure alot of fans of Phish and other bands are being robbed and let down for not being able to see their favorite bands.

Thank you

A little more, is an understatement "Chris". Last I checked 100% profit was good and there are no $100 tickets. It's not an "oh well" ordeal, you ass. You can cancel out the tour because most people can't afford it, that simple. Have fun on tour, brah. Screw you for supporting an industry that degrades its fans and is, um, ILLEGAL...I won't support any scalper and keep them in business, nor should you, and I can afford it.

My livenation/phish ticket experience was hell, but here's something new that just ads to the suckage. Just went to buy Toadies tickets (yes, I'm old) which were $22 each. livenation is charging $10.50 per ticket fee. This bogles the mind.

Live Nation is Bullsh.. and TW Walnut Creek too!!!

They invite you to post a review of their venues, but if it has a negative comment they don't like, they won't post it! So what good are the reviews!

I went to Time Warner Cable Walnut Creek Pavilion in Raleigh, NC three times this summer (purchased tix at same time) and each time something lousey happened. First time someone messed up my car. Second time my friends and I had to deal with ubber Nazi staff. They were rude, full of themselves and a major downer. They are like the elementary school hall monitor and I don't mean just checking tickets which is there job. The third time the people were so bad that their were fights everywhere. I think the staff actually fueled some of them. Another problem is that they charge $6 for a soda and $9 for a beer!!!! Worst yet, people actually buy it! I guess as long as people put up with it, they'll get away with it! You don't even pay this much at a high priced bar or movie theater! People, just say NO!!!!

Overall, just expect a bad experience at Time Warner Walnut Creek Raleigh, NC and you'll do fine!
