Mr. McKee needs to face the facts. Although the idea behind MATTIE is a good one, and to be admired and supported, the facts are that the school has been mismanaged in the extreme, and the fiscal malfeasance involved is not to be tolerated. The school supporters say they want another chance. What they don't seem to realize is that they have already had several chances to clean up their act, while the problems seem to continue. I am a strong supporter of Charter Schools, and School choice. But failure is failure wherever it is found. The supporters need to prove their claims with facts, not bluster, at the hearing or be shut down
