Since when is the presence or absence of a statue a measure of a hometown's regard for a celebrity? I am NOT impressed or motivated by a negative comment by an apparent ignoramus. Maybe the author is challenged to find much that honors Patsy Cline in Winchester. A statue, indeed! What gall!

The wrong side of the tracks? Winchester IS the wrong side of the tracks. I live just outside of Winchester and think the place sucks! It's dirty and run by a bunch of idiot "good ole boys". Patsy did the right thing... got the hell out of here when she could.
