Patrick McGoohan was a very good actor and will be missed. I really enjoyed him as John Drake in the TV Series SECRET AGENT and in the movie SILVER STREAK. He always played pompous characters.

Bummer. The Prisoner was a great show. Probably TV's first real dose of weirdness in a series.

It's a sad day for me as someone who very much enjoyed his performances, his writing and his directing ("Columbo" as well as "The Prisoner." Rest in peace, you fine entertainer.

Number Six is dead. You are the new Number Six.

I am the new number two, and green is the new black.

That is all.

He was a superb actor and his work will live on. It's a shame he didn't get a small part in the "Prisoner" remake so a new generation would have gotten a look at him.

He was not a number - he was a free man. Rest in Peace.

AB and C.

John Drake was just trying to take a vacation, per episode 3.

I am not a number, I am a free man!

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Cancer

You feel the urge to move onward, powered by your wisdom: when you're right, you're right. You may feel that any further explanation is unnecessary, but the people you're dealing with might need it spelled out for them. Take the time to draw a picture or use smaller vocabulary words to get your point across, Cancer. A public demonstration will probably prove to be the last word on the subject.
