It is funny how Country Thunder ran my credit card the day I purchased the tickets, but since the concert is cancelled it has been over a month and no refund. WTF?? Give my money back.

Hey, Scott, I feel the same way. If anyone else reads this, I've been told by other ticket buyers to make a complaint to the bbb and the federal trade commission.

I paid for 2 other friend's tickets and now I'm not getting a refund? that really sucks! I feel bad telling them I can't pay them back! I wonder if we could try contacting our credit card company to dispute the charge? or should I try the BBB suggestion?

Yeah, I am getting really sick of all the lies!!! FOUR VIP tickets and nothing yet...I bought tickets last year as a surprise to my husband for his birthday to see his all time fav George Strait, and to my shock he didn't even complain about the price of the tickets and then it didn't happen and they were honoring them this year so I bought an additional one for my son's girlfriend....grrrrrrr!!! Sure puts a bad taste in your mouth about paying for tickets in advance! All I have to say is "GIVE ME MY MONEY"

I filed a complaint with the BBB a few days ago. The BBB has sent Conntry Thunder the info so I'll see what happends..... I will never attand a CT concert again....

hello all
well let me tell you i did file with the BBB. there is nothing they can do. This person SCOTT left a response that they are going to refund. YEAH RIGHT. i also got a call from a Shane Tatum. i have his number but it will not let me post it on here. at the end of August telling me i would have a check to me by first week in September. Of course now were at the end of the 3rd week of Sept. guess maybe i should have ask What YEAR was he speaking that would happen.
am rather shocked also that this is all the compliments i can find. i mean i only bought 4 general admission tickets. i know there were people who paid for camping sites am sure plus ticket cost and that was Expensive. Maybe they have gotten refunds but then again those cases being so much $ may go into small claims courts.I will NEVER buy any tickets from Any company i do not see a BBB history on. This was a kick in the butt but i will move forward and Hope that everyone on hear gets there Money and Personal statisfaction."GIVE ME MY MONEY AND QUIT HIDING"

Scott... or anyone else. I am one of those who they promised a refund and then they disappeared. It looks like there are a lot of us but I don't know how to get us together. It would seem like if we bond together we could take some action agains Country Thunder. I can't stand being cheated. If anyone knows something more or is interested, my email is j5gforce@yahoo.com

If anyone paid for their tickets using a Visa/MasterCard credit or debit card, simply contact your card-issuing bank within 180 days from the original concert date and dispute the charges as products/services not received/rendered. As a cardholder you have more rights than most in these situations. Your card-issuing bank should immediately credit your account and eventually collect the funds from Country Thunder or their Visa/MC processor.
