what a look? these men were detained by us-militaries or cia or both and then tortured for years and probably forced to fabricated testimonies. Are they guilty? There are real doubts. Everybody would confess everything under tortures. And if they are not guilty why is such severe punishment planned and already known? It is not justice, it is real mockery and not justice. Can somebody imagine - for instance innocent people who will get death sentence or longlife imprisonment for nothing because they were forced to false testimonies by tortures.

there are some probably poor men kidnapped in some poor countries of this world tortured and forced to fabricated testimonies and now they will be tried and probably sentenced to death without proofs, without charges. Is it justice, it is real crime against humanity and parody of justice.
