911 call: Orlando Police action 'over the top,' witness to altercation said

There is no surprise regarding OPD, I seen them to this for years. Nothing will change.

There is nothing more dangerous then a crooked cop using laws to abuse Americans . OPS and OCSD are two very crooked law enforcement agencies . You would have to be crazy to trust any of them. This poor man was safer in Vietnam then he was in America .Let's all pray for this man . Recently a cop was arrested in Orlando for having sex with a child . Recently a cop and his wife were involved with Organized Crime . Recently cop was busted for molesting a woman in downtown Orlando . Even the ex sheriff was busted for taking money that wasn't his . And folks theme parks in Central Florida protect crooked cops and their crooked employees . HEY DISNEY SHOW THE VIDEO'S.! I say give all crooked cops and politicians what Saddam got !

Hey Ron you are correct about crooked cops in Central Florida . Who does train these loser criminals ?? The Chief at OPD and Sheriff at OCSD need to get the hell out of law enforcement .

The 911 calls are all from drunks in the bar and the bartender that over served this man. Everyone else who was sober and witnessed this saw that this man was out of control. Maybe the bartender should have stepped in and calmed this man down. The officer did not beat this man he simply took him to the ground and handcuffed him. The broken neck is probably from falling off the bar stool or another drunken incident!

The bartender is no doubt worried about being charged for serving an obviously intoxicated customer. This hospitalization will likely be the best thing that ever happened to this old lush, he can dry out while he's in there. Maybe he'll think twice about getting pig-faced drunk and fighting with a cop when he gets out.

It's funny you mention bartenders serving drunks because when I worked security at Universal Studio's during Halloween Horror Nights drunks were all over the place and every 300 feet there seem to be a bar. Go look up how many customers were arrested and abused by cops that were drunk at Universal studio's?? Don't ever be stupid enough to believe ONE police report by cops. Cops will lie like crazy. They did when they invaded my home and attacked my wife and I at walt Disney World. These cops both times tried to frame me for crimes I did NOT commit.And the phone recordings are probably made by their cop buddies and edited. The "Brotherhood "SUCKS! This crooked lying cop put a man in jail for battery who was innocent .This crooked lying cop went to court in front of a judge and told the court he lied . This swine should have been fired for that and maybe this poor 84 year old American would not be in the hospital today.How many low life scumbags are wearing a badge in Florida?? A bunch of arm chair quarterbacks sitting back and saying how this Cop made a mistake. Try being the one who is attacked by an enraged drunk. The use of force continuum dictates that the Police are at one level of force above the suspect. That is how Police stay alive on a daily basis. This Cop did'nt go looking for a fight! This raging drunk was warned several times then became more violent. Everybody is sorry about the end result, Maybe his goldigging family and friends should have helped him to control himself at the scene. God bless this man and the Police Officer involved.

The OPD and OCSD have a bunch of losers who probably have committed crimes before and they got covered up! They don't want to show this cops face in fear others who hem may have abused might recognize him.
