I can't wait to see the sequel to this movie, it is one of my favorite Morris C movies next to Brothers, I have both in my collection along with Not Easily Broken, Perfect Holiday and of course Boyz in the Hood (but he dies in that one and I can't take it)

The Sequel To a oeThe Best Man 2a 3 Finally In The Works
It's been almost 12 years since "The Best Man" has been in theaters, the 1999 film is set the have it's sequel written and directed by the original writer/producer/director for "The Best Man 2". According to Deadline, Universal has given the greenlight for a sequel of the 1999 film starring Taye Diggs, Terrance Howard, Morris Chestnut and Nia Long.
