United parent downgraded

Any company that devalues it's stock as UAL did with their original shares is usually black listed for many years. But UAUA managed to find buyers at the original offering of over $36 p/share, even though it was quickly valued by analysts at less than $20 p/share. It managed to keep the shares propped-up, mainly due to official statements from United about planned earning forcasts, which, except for 1 quarter, never materialized. This issue was brought up over 2 years ago on the stock forum and nobody could figure out what was keeping UAUA from sinking faster than it did.. Anyway, this isn't really news.
