Ne-Yo is a Racist?!

NeYo was at ballare in Cambridge a few weeks ago and friends of mine paid £40 to see him and get autographs after his gig, they missed his songs and waited in line for 45 minutes to be told Ne-Yo doesnt want to see any men Only Women so my friends boyfriend left and 15 minutes later they were told that Ne-Yo does not want to see any white girls only black.

just because he would prefer a black woman over a white woman does not mean he is racist.
he may just be more attractive to black women, so in my opinion, he is not. But I could understand where people might feel he is racist. He don't say any racist comments, if im not correct.
He just simply said " I don't want to see any white girls, just black."

U should look at all his videos it's spot the white person. but i know what ur saying shelly. it just seems odd i guess.

He IS racist if he says he only wants to see people of a certain colour. Don't make excuses for him people.

i am a black woman and if i went to a concert and was refused an autograph because of the colour of my skin i would call that racist ... so why should it be diffrent cause the lady was white??
was that offer part of your ticket hence the refund? if so that makes it even worse. Ne-yo should respect fans of all ethnicity and gender - furthermore not only does this amke him look racist but sexist also!!

But i did find the comments about lack of white people in his videos amusing... does that matter i'm sure you wont see many black people in Guns n roses videos etc .....

I've know him personally since we were very young and he's indeed a vary racist person but it's probably because of his upbringing. He used to tell me that Black people should rule this world and it should have been the other way around with Blacks enslaving Whites. I think he has a very troubled mind but he has a lot of internalized anger and deep-seated unresolved issues. I kind of feel sorry for him at the same time 'cause he had a rough childhood being molested by his dad and how he perceived to be treated by others when growing up. Maybe that may explain his homophobia and racism.

That's awful he should accept every fan no matter what ethnicity they have. We all pay good money to see him I'm a white girl myself I'm very offended he refused to sign autographs for white women I'm still his fan though xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
