I think a lot of Natalie's fans are still angry that it took "RJ" five hours to notify someone that she was missing from the Splendor. I still get angry when i think about the monumental waste. In his memoirs he says he knew she wouldn't take the boat out, yet he did nothing. He sat around for five hours. For what? Waiting for her to come back in? He knew she didn't take it because they didn't hear the engine go off. I do feel that Natalie was the most responsible because she was so intoxicated that she couldn't save herself due to not being in the right frame of mind. It's almost like getting into a car drunk. Knowing you are going to be at sea, is a good reason not to get roaring drunk. That having been said, her husband failed her by not acting quickly enough. Had that moron done so, there is a chance she would be alive today.
