yep
i agree
my mom trusts me.....
uh........sumtimes.
but she knows that i wnt let things get to my head....
although they already have.....lol
but really,i think rock has made me a better person actually.
i always used to b so self conceded and down all the time.
well the self conceded part is what my close friends have told me recently, cuz this whole topic just came uo at lunch the other day about how iv changed since i got into rock n stuff.
so yea....
i dnt care what my parents think,or what any1 else think for that matter.
its my life,i cnt be bothered to worry about what other people think, cuz thre are A LOT of people id have to worry about.
so this whole 'should parents worry about emo music?'
topic really shouldnt even be an issue.

This comment might be too late to generate any reply, but I thought this discussion was interesting and very relevant to my research.

I'm currently doing some research for a new television documentary about parents who worry about their children. What I would really like to do is get in touch with as many EMO's as possible and get an idea of what their parents think about the music they listen to, the way they dress and their general way of life. Do they tend to worry?

If anyone would like to get in touch, completely off the record, in order to help me with my research, I’d really like to hear from you!

You can email me – development@northonetv.com

Many thanks,

Aira Planting

what i dont get is that people think that if u listen to emo music it makes u an automatic emo but u can be normal and listen to emo and goth music... same as chavs music and stuff like that... some people also say that if u listen to cascada (for some people who dont listen to club music she is the best ever dj person...well singer... part of both lolz) anyway people think that if u listen to her u will start dressin like her and turn into a s l u t but thats not true... im not anything really... i listen to chav music like eminem and i listen to emo and goth and rock and club... i like most music and i dont class myself as anything... anyway just thought id say that

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Sagittarius

If you have any worries or problems today, a close colleague could have the answers you seek. Work will be satisfying, and anything to do with children should be very rewarding today. There could be friction with a relative, but it's nothing serious and things will sort themselves out in due course. Again, you must pay attention to your health, Saggitarius: skin infections are a strong possibility at the moment.
