At least, Obama has done many stuff other presidents didn't dare to do.

1- Standing up against abuses by credit card companies.

2- Revising abusive tactics implemented by banks.

3- Stopping discriminatory practices performed by insurance companies.

And above all, trying to fix this huge economic mess left by George W. Bush.

"Mitt Romney knows how to make millions of dollars. Does it mean he can make millions of jobs?

Companies make profits because they offer something customers purchase. The more a company sells, the more profit.

But it can also increase profits by cutting costs. This is a temporary fix, because if it can’t increase business, a company won’t be around very long.

Since Romney never actually manufactured, designed or invented anything, how did he become so fabulously wealthy? What was his magic?

It wasn’t magic. But it was profitable, and entirely legal.

His company, Bain Capital, used investors’ money to buy companies from which it could squeeze higher profits.

Since guys like Romney aren’t businessmen in any productive sense of the word, they can’t make the orchard flourish. But they’re adept at plucking the fruit. Bain would squeeze out profits by cutting costs.

For most companies, the biggest cost is payroll. So Bain fired workers, cut the wages and health and pension benefits of the remaining workers and probably outsourced.

Bain would then use the company as collateral to borrow from banks. Since interest payments on this debt are deductible from company income, the company can show even bigger profits.

Bain would compel the company to issue dividends to pay off investors. Everything else is now gravy.

Bain would then sell the company for more than it paid because now it could show the company is profitable, and pocket 20 percent of the gains from the sale.

Because tax law considers this capital gains, Romney paid only 15 percent tax on them.

Capital gains taxes are lower because investors risk their own money. But Romney didn’t risk anything.

When Romney fired workers, who paid more for unemployment benefits? When he would inflate a company’s profits by deducting interest payments on all that debt, who made up for the lost tax revenue?

When Romney paid only 15 percent, who paid more taxes to make up the difference?

When a Bain Capital company collapsed under the weight of all that debt (and many did), and their pension plans had to be taken over by the federal government, who paid?

The bottom line is that guys like Romney kill domestic jobs, and get rich doing it."

After Mr.Fixit attacked credit card companies, they began to recoup that money from good, honest borrowers by increasing interest rates and charging transfer fees--something responsible customers never worried about before.

After Mr Fixit attacked banks, they started to charge ATM fees.

After Mr. Fixit forced insurance companies to accept high risk clients, they increased premiums on all their other clients.

So lets see, what did Mr. Fixit really fix? Nothing. All he did was shift the burden from irresponsible people to responsible people. Irresponsible people tend to vote Democrat.

I am not a democrat. Actually, I am more of a republican, but that is not a reason to ignore the facts; such as, that it was G. Bush who created this chaos.
