A new national survey indicates President Barack Obama has opened up a double digit lead over Republican challenger Mitt Romney in the race for the White House, an advantage for Obama that no other poll released this month has found.

Judged: 2 2 2 So why is it that Politifact gave Romney 13 pants-on-fire ratings. You get these when you say rididulous falshoods. Romney received most of them for lieing about Obama. Obama only received 3 pants-on-fire awards, and none of them were for lieing about Romney. Got any intelligent answers to that? Why don't you go and check Politifact and find out what Romney said about Obama that were bald-faced lies. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Come on. Get real. Everyone knows how biased politifact has become. A study found a significant pro-democrat bias by politifact: Republican statements were found false at 3 times the rate of democrats. At the same time we are dealing with a bunch of marxists in the socialist democratic party who believe that it's certainly all right to lie to further the marxist agenda to ruin America as we have known it. |

Judged: 4 4 3 AS a damn good pollster tweeted: "I don't think Obama's really up 13 like Selzer found, but do think he's in far better shape than the conventional wisdom- certainly favored." —@ppppolls via web" I liked Nate Silver's (probably the best statistician/pollster in the business) comments about the Bloomberg poll: "...the firm conducting the Bloomberg poll (Selzer & Company) actually has a good track record, and their previous polls this cycle had not shown especially favorable results to Mr. Obama.... "Either of these approaches [ignore it, or accept it, use it carefully, and move on] is preferable to overreacting to the poll. Some news outlets reacted with surprise to the Bloomberg poll because, they claimed, it defied the conventional wisdom that Mr. Obama had been having a bad month. However, HE CONVENTIONAL WISDOM IS NOT ALWAYS WORTH VERY MUCH. Legitimately important events like the release of a jobs report are combined with trivialities involving Mr. Obama’s semantics. A misleadingly edited clip about remarks that Mr. Romney made at a hoagie restaurant received about as much coverage in political news outlets as the crucial parliamentary elections that Greece held over the weekend. The problem with overreacting is that it usually begets an equal and opposite overreaction later on. If the conventional wisdom has been that Mr. Obama has been having a bad few weeks, there will be other points between now and November when the same is said of Mr. Romney, and perhaps with equally thin evidence......" http://fivethirtyeight.blogs.nytimes.com/2012 .. |

Judged: 3 3 2 Well, the biased complicit lamestream media suppressed these polls by not reporting on them and thereby is increasingly marginalizing themselves. Most People are getting their news off of the internet these days anyway.Who has trashed the Constitution more? I think that we're going to find out soon enough about the obamanation's lawlessness, his trampling of the Constitution, his overreach, his blatant hispandering for votes that knows no limits. Second term my azz. |

I'd like to tell black people who are proud of being black Americans to wake up and see what Obama is doing to demolish our dreams and the dreams of our children. I say vote Mitt Romney because he is going to be a fair president and he is going to be good to everyone, not just black people. |

Judged: 3 3 3 I see you didn't answer the question:If they ain't reported how in the hell did you find out about them? BTW: what polls are you talking about that know about that are hidden? BTW: IF 'Most People are getting their news off of the internet these days anyway' what the hell does it matter what the corporate media does or doesn't report? BTW: I did answer your nonsensical question based on a false presumption: "Who has trashed the Constitution more?" Tricky Dick Nixon, Iran Contra Ronnie Raygun, and Dubya, the BALD FACE LIAR and psychopath. It'll be a great day for America when the President wins his well deserved 2nd term. |

Democrats are reacting to their fears of defeat with hysteria. They know Obama cnnot defend his miserable record, and all they have is name calling. If the President had a chance wouldn't they be extoling his virtues? Instead all they can do is stand around with their hands in their pockets slandering anyone who is telling the truth about their tarnished hero.

May I give you some advice - the polls may be showing that the RMoney candidate is not what this country believes will move us forward. The RMoney regime should show us: Can RMoney be trusted? Does RMoney have solutions? Does RMoney care about those non-billionaires and non-millionaires? Does RMoney have leadership skills? Does RMoney know anything in the outer world (ie not the rich)? Why is RMoney so stiff? Why does he not like interviews over and above non-interviews on Fux? Why not give us hard solutions to the hard issues? Dear, it is not about heroes (tarnished or otherwise), it is about showing us whether RMoney has the chops, the character, the solutions, the know-how and the credibility to become the next president. The national survey seems to think the answer is NO. RMoney is shifty, stiff, uncredible, mealy mouthed and I do not believe RMoney will be our next president - especially as he is a republicant. |
