2 Obamacare is Romneycare. And Rich Money admits it works. He also admits via declaing the individual mandate to be a tax, that he raised taxes on the People of Massachusetts. President Obama still asserts that the mandate is a penalty however. The Supreme Court can rule how they see fit, but Obama only intended to assess a penalty. Rich Money admits his individual mandate is really a tax....there his assessment in hindsight was him taxing the people of Massachusetts. |

The Obama campaign has been making much of a nearly two-decade-old story about how the Romney family put a crate with the family dog on top on a car and made him ride there for the duration of a road trip. The idea was that enough people would find that disturbing to not vote for Mitt Romney and thus return President Obama to the White House for four more years.
The story might have gotten some traction had Obama not admitted, in his memoirs "Dreams of My Father," that he had EATEN DOG while living in Indonesia when his mother had married her second husband. The ick factor is far more pungent in the Obama case. |

He said: "Any health-care funding plan that is just, equitable, civilized and humane must — must — redistribute wealth from the richer among us to the poorer and less fortunate. Excellent health care is by definition redistribution. Britain, you chose well." While we don't favor the British model, which in fact rations health care, we admire the good doctor's candor and focus.
