Force them greedy jerks to pay more tax and they will spend that money on tax write offs. That will create jobs for people who make stuff that can be written off. Raising tax on the wealthy won't bring more money to the government but it will bring more money into the economy.

Businessmen and women can't write off fuel taxes on their personal use of vehicles. Even the write-offs on business use is only a write off, not a deduction. The real problem on road fuels is all the cheating Democrats using farm fuel for highway use and getting paid by Democrats to make a walking path on the back forty, that no public can use.

9% of top income earners in the nation already pay over 50% of taxes. It is all the welfare cheats and fake SSI recipients working under the table to boot, who are harming the nation. It is certainly not the wealthy creating jobs and eating no more than you, even though they keep the best chefs employed.

You thieves simply don't understand economics.

I didn't say the rich were hauling all that merchandise in their personal vehicles but since you brought it up, they do write of the road tax from the fuel they put into their personal aircraft and since they use their company card to fuel up their personal vehicles anyway it's all a mute point. The rich should pay their fair share and quit using their wealth for special treatment.

Anyone who sells the taxpayers F-16 fighter jets for $38 million each and B-2 bombers for $2.2 billion each, shouldn't be crying about paying taxes when he is trying to sell us F-22 Raptors at $339 million apiece.

Corporations might be people but those "people" shouldn't be locked up in a P.O. Box in the Cayman Islands. Especially if they are American people. They all should pay tax.

There is a word to describe you if you believe the Democrats are going to tax the rich. The word is GULLIBLE!! Did you know some of the richest people in this country are Democrats? Do you really believe they would support having their taxes raised? Now as to corporations. Lets use G.E. shall we. Fact,G.E. was a major contributor to the Barack Obama's election campaign. Do you really believe they would support a candidate that might levy a tax on them? Any tax,if it should happen, would be all smoke and mirrors. G.E. would just pass those taxes on to the consumer in the form of increases in the cost of goods and services. And wallah,you are paying G.E.'s tax for them.
