Obama defends campaign attacks on Romney's record - US politics live

If the President was doing a FANTASTIC job, he wouldn't have to attack anyone.

The fact that he IS attacking his prime opponent, tells us how DESPERATELY he wants to stay in office.

We don't need to see that kind of desperation on the part of a leader.

Strong leaders should come across POSITIVE, have GREAT IDEAS, instead of coming across as DESPERATE.

Makes him look EVEN WEAKER (if that is at all possible)...

If he doesn't need to resort to lies to attack his opponent then why is he doing just that? Wouldn't he use a more effective tactic if one was available to him? His record is so bad he has no choice. Democrats won't even mention his signature achievements obamacare and the stimulus due to horrible public opinion numbers.

Always expect Obama to take the low road.......he can't make it up to taking the high road.......Romney already bumped him off it.

Then have nobummer explain why the taxpayers investements in shovel ready, cash for clunkers, solyndra, fisker are massive failures. Explain whey nobamacare is already costing much more, doctors leaving the profession, med students changing their majors, government agencies living lavish lifestyles on the taxpayer backs.

Nobummer must avoid his failures at all costs. Americas are getting wise to that phoney.

Well, let's be realistic here now. His record is better than not finding Bin Laden, or searching for weapons of mass destruction. Not to mention the 2nd greatest Depression in the history of our country, or the 2nd biggest attack on U.S. soil. Now, are you going to try to convince us that Obamacare and the stimulus package arises to that? Come on now, I mean, you are sounding ridiculous. This is the best stuff you have to fight a war of words with Obama? This is hilarious.

You are correct. Obama doesn' need to get desperate.

However, choosing to attack an opponent is a DESPERATE ACT.

You go ahead and tell Obama to clean up his act, tell us how he plans to create a favorable business climate in this country; how he will DECREASE spending, balance the budget.

But, all he is doing is going into ATTACK MODE.

To put it in terms of a football game; Obama has the ball right now and instead of guiding his team to the goal line, Obama is just holding the ball and attempting to slap the other quarterback.

Obama can't help it. He is all about fomenting Hate and Division in the American populace. We expect nothing more from him. Take Heart. Mercifully, we just have a few more months of being PelosiNation and then we can begin to rebuild the sense of Community among the American people.
