I read that he did not want his parents there coz he doesnt want them to feel bad. Anyhow, i also believed in Lance Corporal Daniel Smith's innocence, he is wrongfully accused. I wish the Smith family would visit him there to show their support.

Yes it's true. Daniel is the real victim here. It doesn't mean that the "oppressed" is a Filpina and that we should believe in all she says, regardless of race, I am on the truth's side... Although I don't really know the whole truth, I believe in Smith. For me, truth is what I believe.

hello there, like you, i have a strong belief that lance corporal daniel smith did nt raped nicole. Maybe it was just a lie of nicole just to get an attention to see if Philippines will help her her cry when she cries out rape. I dont believe her, wish I could help Daniel too.

I took this quote from the abs-cbn newspaper, I think if you read some of the comments you will see the majority of filipino people know the truth here. nicole was drunk and any young women as drunk as they are making her out to be would have been vomiting. The only possible way she wouldnt vomit is if she had a high alcohol tolerance which leads me to believe this is her lifestyle, but they refused to allow a background check .
