Chick-Fil-A supporters filled the Royersford restaurant at lunchtime on Wednesday, resulting in long lines and traffic tie-ups in the local shopping center.
While the CEO of Chick Fil A is certainly intitled to his opinion, I cannot help but feel sad that he choses to funnel money into groups that are trying to challenge gay peoples civil rights and in many cases inspire even more animosity towards the GLBT community. The last thing this country needs is more of the 'us versus them' mentality. I am not so hard up for a chicken sandwich that I would patronize this company. Feel sorry for any gay employees they may have working in such an atmosphere of intolerance.
