It's a tragedy lawyers have immunity from the charges of perjury when representing their clients. Witnesses testifying in court are legally held accountable when lying. Unless an attorney is under oath, he or she isn't legally committing perjury. What a tragedy.

Messereau wouldn't sue. He knows as a defendent testifying, under oath in a court of law, to lie means he would be punished in due process of law, for committing perjury.
