Dear Michael:

I hope that this letter does reach you. I was born with learning challenges. I am now 58 years old and have my own business. The school system did not know how to work with me and labeled me retarded. I over came all of that and more by listening to a 45 record called the "little engine that could.

I was told at a young age that I would lose my focusing ability and that would never be able to hold down a job.

When I was in my early 20's my eyes decided to start working and My eye doctor was so surprized that he fell off his chair. He brought in a special doctor that specialized in working with people with my type of problem. I now see with both eyes (instead of one), I have not need any additional thearpy since I was 30, and my eyes seem to get better with each exam.

I still have learning challenges, and the colleges I have attempted to attend do not want to deal with me, They just do not have the knowledge to understand how I process information.

Because I do not believe in the work can't, I have exceeded beyond what I was labeled and I always wake up in the morning feeling like the sun is shining even if it is raining.

I have had many walls to climb in my life and I admire you for you long journey and hope that you see a cure in your life time.

Sincerely yours
Lenore Lee Rabinowitz

P. S. If there are missed spelled works I am sorry. That is one of my challenges.
