They were on East Main Street. By that vacant lot owned by the late Clem Hartley.I was unaware that they moved. As far as I knew they were still over near the KUIC building.
Anyway, the store was small but packed with quality, used merchandise. It was fun to shop there. Expensive, but for a good cause. Then they moved to the old Pep Boys.
I've visited twice because my kidlet has begged to go. It's FULL of stuff that you would find in a ditch out on 113 - you know, the old, stained, battered sofas and appliances nobody wants to pay to drop off at the landfill. And the stuff has expensive prices on it! All of it! LOL! There aren't even any good books. Just beat up old historical romances. The clothing is trashy, torn, cheap stuff. Housewares are chipped, dirty, cheap, tacky and with parts missing. There is even a section where you can find myriad electronics like old telephones and 8-track players. Like people are going to buy that stuff, you know? It stinks in there, too.
