She just erks me to no end.

Back when Mdnn had Britney Spears appear with her at one of the concerts which had large video screens of a male and female with their skin tissue striped away to expose just muscels and other all the while the male and female are french kissing. Just imagine what that looks like. Anyway, as the video plays it shows Madonna turning around to view it and actually smiles at it. She gets off on it.

This is way beyond a rebelliousness or shock value that the now mature M-followers of the past would artfully represent Madonna as but indicates that she may have a real problem.

By placing somthing as wonderful as the human body in such a context and of all things for entertainment value is just...I am not going to say anything more.

She did not promote one of her greatest songs, Nothing Really Maters, the way she should have. She only performed it one at the Grammy night in 1999. Unlike her usual self on the stage, she was visibly nervous. Later she admitted that too. I think that night she had sensed that she was going to win big at the Grammies. Nothing Really Maters is a very difficult song to perform live. It is one of the most delicate and exquisite recordings of Madonna. The ballad beginning did not allow room for her to be nervous that night, and the dance version needed more volume in order to drive the uplifting message of the song home. Had Nothing Really Matters been promoted better, it could have driven the Ray of light album sales even higher. Oh well, I has already sold over 14 million copies worldwide. Since it is one of all time greatest pop albums, it will probably surpass the 20 million marks in few years time.

O her being nervious, after all her years of experience you would think that she would have a way in place say for example, walking around on stage to mitigate or temp distract away from her nerouvness. Their's always room for improvement.

What caused her to write this song or reveil it wouldn't be a product of boredom, you know the night you didn't have anything to do? That's the stuff I'm interested in, you know to see if I'm zeroed in.

I guess the crux of the song is that you have to be balanced in your dealings with yourself, giving and recieving which is somthing that jesus indicated in his famous and enduring words, "their is more happiness in giving than recieving" Acts 20:35

This is show business. Only the ones close to her know her "true self" to a certain degree. Like an actor in front of the camera so to speak.

In Psychology her "image" is considered a mirror because of her "provocative" and "shocking" public displays of expression. Your reaction to her says more about yourself than anything else. Most delusions are deprived through the actual fact that they believe her public expression to be her "true self"' without even knowing her at all. Have you ever met Madonna to actually have "hate"' for her. Says alot about you don't you think ??? Words used to describe people with these delusions are typically naive, negative, regressed, confused, hypocritical, bigoted, judgemental, ignorant, simple, insecure and lastly hateful.

Its ok not being perfect or having everything you want. I'm sure theres people who do love you even if you don't know it. Maybe you should focus on loving yourself, people and life more. Also try living with a positive outlook. It will do wonders for you. I'm sure of it.

And, I am unaware neither of any studies or consensus among the Psy-Proffesionals that her image mirrors society but rather, the concept of "mirror" meaning generally: "a duplication of the likeness of somthing" never originated with the entertainment community but was self applied by the more unscrupulous within as a means of setting aside any ethical, moral or social responsibility one may have in short, "mirror" was originally used as a shield instead of a description of an artistic expression.

A mirror is an object whose surface reflects an image. I'm pretty sure Madonna does alot of mirroring while in the public eye.You can see how this can cause her to be a "mirror" in which our souls(reflection) are exposed. Madonna does alot of mirroring to get a reaction whether positive or negative. Her surface reflects an image consicously and unconsciously back to us. Do we ever see beneath the surface? Probably not and what we think we know is just a direct correllation of our beliefs (ignorance, joy, pain, stigmas, etc.) which is why she plays alot with sex & religion. When you go against the convention people start to feel uneasy. No rebel goes unpunished, just ask Jesus.

Now there are a bunch of books, articles & essays about Madonna Studies that go way into depth about how Madonna is America's "mirror" from professors, critics, activists, entrepreneurs & psychologists. You should take a look its quite interesting.

How much did you donate this year????? probably nothing...you're a hater, judgemental, etc. see my post above to get a clearer understanding. Why would you care about her personally anyway? What people enjoy is her music and if its not your cup of tea well then don't pay any attention to it. You do have that choice, but to take time out of your day and post a judgemental opinion about someone you don't even know personally says alot more about you than her. How does her adopting kids affect you? Please focus on yourself and remember you're not perfect I'm sure you have many flaws. Stop critizing someone just cause your not happy with yourself. Hopefully you can see how silly you are. Grow up and face reality.
