'The Happening': Shyamalan hits bottom with zombie flick

The plants and trees did it, released neurotoxins that make people commit violent suicide, for polluting the earth. Oh, and Wahlburgs performance was horrible.

Dumb dumb dumb!!

I have to agree, it was by far his worst movie. It started out with some promise but quickly went dead. As far as bad acting, we know Mark is not a bad actor, the writing obviously held his talents back. If you pay close attention to the movie; it's almost as M. concentrated all his script writing on Mark and very little on any other actor and unfortunately a main actor can not do his best without good supporting actors. It was all a big mess. I hope he can come back from this. What's really funny is that the day before I went to see the movie I read an article where M. was saying that this movie would vindicate him from the "flop" that Lady in the water was, lol, well, I enjoyed Lady in the water 10X better than The Happening.
